ABOUT US
RHINE CLASSICS is an independent classical music label founded in 2016. Our operational headquarters and the entire production chain are based in Taiwan, while the artistic direction, audio remastering, and graphic design are managed in Italy.
RIGHTS
RHINE CLASSICS retains all rights arising from copyright and competition law concerning the research, compilation, and remastering of original audio tapes, as well as the publication of these recordings. Any violations will be prosecuted.
We have made every effort to ensure that all materials included in our releases comply with applicable rights. However, if you believe that we have inadvertently infringed upon your rights, please notify us at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
RECORDINGS
RHINE CLASSICS’ historical releases are, unless otherwise specified, sourced from original tapes held in broadcasting archives. These are generally digital copies derived from the original analogue tapes. Our professional remastering process—executed without any noise-reduction filtering—reveals previously unheard details of the performances, resulting in superior sound quality. In rare cases, performances sourced from private recordings of broadcasts may be released due to their exceptional rarity and high historical and artistic value.
DISTRIBUTION
Through our extensive network of partners, RHINE CLASSICS’ releases are available worldwide. They can be purchased through traditional retail stores as well as online platforms. If a particular disc is unavailable through local retailers or online outlets, it may be ordered directly from our webshop, which offers global shipping.
TERMS OF SERVICE
RHINE CLASSICS is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied to international shipments. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and are generally dispatched the following business day from Taiwan.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Asia & Australia: 4–10 days
- Europe: 8–15 days
- USA & South America: 10–20 days
We offer free worldwide shipping.
PRIVACY POLICY
RHINE CLASSICS appreciates your registration and the creation of a personal account; however, this is entirely optional. We consider privacy to be a fundamental aspect of your customer experience and ensure that your personal data is handled securely and responsibly. RHINE CLASSICS is committed to maintaining the strictest confidentiality regarding customer information. We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties.
It is our policy that personal details—such as your name, phone number, and email address—remain private and confidential. Accordingly, the information you provide is stored securely, accessible only to designated staff, and used solely for the purposes for which it was provided (e.g., responding to inquiries) or to compile RHINE CLASSICS’ customer mailing list. Please note that RHINE CLASSICS does not collect, process, or store any credit card billing information.
REFUND POLICY
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact us at info@rhineclassics.com within 30 days, attaching a photo of the item in question. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
